This freedom allows every Oracle deck to have its own personality. One deck may contain thirty-six cards with short, direct messages, while another may include fifty-four or seventy-eight cards with layered symbolism and detailed interpretations. Because there is no single required format, Oracle decks are often especially approachable for beginners while still offering depth for experienced readers.

Tarot and Oracle Together

Tarot and Oracle cards can be used separately or together. Tarot offers a structured system that can explore the development of a situation in detail. Oracle cards often provide a broader theme, emotional focus, or final message. Some readers begin with tarot and finish with an Oracle card, while others select whichever deck best matches the question or mood of the moment.
